Develop a webinar

Webinars are an easy way to share your knowledge, skills and experience with a large number of students from the comfort of your desk! They are simple to prepare and very popular with schools, allowing you to interact directly with pupils in classrooms across London.

As the London STEM Ambassadors Partners, we have worked with a variety of individual Ambassadors and organisations to develop webinars, which have reached thousands of students across the capital. Some prime examples include:

  • The Metropolitan Police Fighting Crime with STEM (KS4 & 5)
  • Research in the real world (KS2)
  • Green Careers Week – panel discussion and Q&A (KS3)
  • National Apprenticeship Week 2023: STEM Ambassadors from GSK and Baker Hicks (KS4 & 5)
  • World Book Day: live reading and meet a STEM Ambassador (KS2)
  • International Women’s Day: Inspirational Women webinar (KS2)
  • British Science Week 2023: a week packed full of webinars for every Key Stage on the theme of ‘connections’; including TfL, UK Power Networks, IQVIA, Framestore, Baker Hicks, Department for Transport and The Royal Entomological Society
